Resean was extremely professional. Answered my questions clearly. Was personable while we waited for my old phone to transfer all it's data to the new phone. I spent about 2 hours at the store. Most of it waiting on my phone to finish which no one could be blamed for. I had a lot of videos of my cats.

DaSean, Sue, and another Lady made me feel welcomed and relaxed. They worked hard to take care of everything I needed and wanted. I was very glad I went to AT&T in South Point, Ohio and let them help me!!!
