“I was broke down at exit 185 on I-64 in Kentucky, call my company, and Cogan's repair tech Brady Donahue was sent out. He did a very good job of diagnosing the problem, disassembling the broken parts. Since it was late on a Friday afternoon, was unable to get the parts that night. Told me he would get them as soon as the part store open next morning. He did and got to me very quickly. He inspected the rest of my vehicle after fixing the original problem. Discovered another problem and fix it also. He did a very thorough job, on a very hot day, when most would have wanted to get out of the heat. Would highly recommend this company for anyone needing repairs in this area.”
“The man that was doing my oil was nice, it was rather cold out today, so not a lot of people ahead of me in line. I also got my front blinker bulb replaced as well. Overall, I'd have to say it's tied with take 5 in service imo.
