“We've had Arx Web since we first moved into our current home. They've always been friendly, reliable, and affordable. We did have a hiccup recently where a storm basically scrambled our router configurations, resulting in them having to replace just about every replaceable piece of hardware we had installed. I'm grateful that they fixed the issue, credited our account while we weren't able to use their services, and were patient with us as we called them several times. I realize these kinds of things can happen, but the company's kind and patient response with us goes a long way. It's nice to call and speak with someone who already knows us.”

“Definitely one Of the better Internet places around the Huntington area, but they are a little bit. Pricey, they do give discounts and deals every once in a while. If you are a new customer, they will definitely give you a really good deal or a contract for a year or two, but for sure, one of the better Internet places around.”

“Service is fast and consistent. The technician Chris P. went above and beyond getting me hooked up and making sure I had strong connectivity all throughout our first floor and basement. Very knowledgeable and friendly, answered all of my questions and made sure we were happy with our internet connection before he left. I work from home and he made sure my basement office would have a great signal. Very satisfied customer!”
