“Came into the store to upgrade a couple phones I tried to upgrade online. Online was giving me fits and luckily I was greeted by Amy who was able to take on this mess. I would recommend not going online and going into the store so a professional can handle things and get it straight on the first try. I left with two phones and out of the mess I started the day with. Highly recommend going to see Amy in Ashland with your phone needs.”

“We've had Arx Web since we first moved into our current home. They've always been friendly, reliable, and affordable. We did have a hiccup recently where a storm basically scrambled our router configurations, resulting in them having to replace just about every replaceable piece of hardware we had installed. I'm grateful that they fixed the issue, credited our account while we weren't able to use their services, and were patient with us as we called them several times. I realize these kinds of things can happen, but the company's kind and patient response with us goes a long way. It's nice to call and speak with someone who already knows us.”
“I’m giving a 5 star here. I worked for Comcast during the nineties. Now, I’m legally blind. My modem died after 6.5 years and I don’t like people in my house, so I wanted to swap out and install the new equipment myself. I sent my husband to pick up the equipment and a paper including all account information that used to be required to get new equipment. The man in the office handed my husband the equipment with no questions asked. He was in and out in minutes and never needed any of the account info. Thank you! I’m using the connection now to post this review.”
