“I was broke down at exit 185 on I-64 in Kentucky, call my company, and Cogan's repair tech Brady Donahue was sent out. He did a very good job of diagnosing the problem, disassembling the broken parts. Since it was late on a Friday afternoon, was unable to get the parts that night. Told me he would get them as soon as the part store open next morning. He did and got to me very quickly. He inspected the rest of my vehicle after fixing the original problem. Discovered another problem and fix it also. He did a very thorough job, on a very hot day, when most would have wanted to get out of the heat. Would highly recommend this company for anyone needing repairs in this area.”

“I would 100% recommend this company! They literally came to our rescue. Our mini van got a flat tire when we were out with our 3 kids, 10 yr old, 3 yr old and 7 month old. It was evening after dinner and not much was open. After the taxi service told us they were not driving out to our house tonight we were out of options and the owner of the towing service went home got his own car and came back and drove us all the way home ever though it was out of the way and taking time off his clock. They immediately assigned the towing job to Moyer. The tow arrived within 15 minutes and before my grandson did. Young man was very nice and hooked it up right away. Excellent service. “Absolutely the best service ever.After Enterprise Road Side Assistance which we paid for left us abandoned on I64 for over 5 hours Chad arrived for the broke down rental. We were told by Enterprise that they could not send anyone for us that no one would come pick us up due to being on an Interstate. Enterprise told us we would have to ride with the Tow Truck Driver. Chad did not get any message that we were riding with him as well as our 2 yr old mineature GoldennDoodle.Chad did not waste any time making room for all 3 of us. End of story after 2 hours with Chad he took us to an Airport in West Virginia to get another rental.If it had not been for him giving exclent customer service and truly having compassion we would have been left on an Interstate. He represents Rayburn Towing with awesome customer service. Thank you again Chad. You are truly a Angel sent from Heaven”
