“Picture it, 100 degrees. Do not live in the area or even close. Hit object on Rt 60, made it to Wal Mart. Finally able to find a wrecker/towing service that even answers their Phone. Explained situation, quoted a price, paid immediately, within 30 min Levi shows up, changes tire with the utmost efficiency and professional service. I am typically not one to leave reviews, yet today there was no question that the company and Levi should not be commended and acknowledged. Definitely on my speed dial now. As well as my daughter’s! “The man that was doing my oil was nice, it was rather cold out today, so not a lot of people ahead of me in line. I also got my front blinker bulb replaced as well. Overall, I'd have to say it's tied with take 5 in service imo.

“I was broke down at exit 185 on I-64 in Kentucky, call my company, and Cogan's repair tech Brady Donahue was sent out. He did a very good job of diagnosing the problem, disassembling the broken parts. Since it was late on a Friday afternoon, was unable to get the parts that night. Told me he would get them as soon as the part store open next morning. He did and got to me very quickly. He inspected the rest of my vehicle after fixing the original problem. Discovered another problem and fix it also. He did a very thorough job, on a very hot day, when most would have wanted to get out of the heat. Would highly recommend this company for anyone needing repairs in this area.”
