“Most of the time, there's no issues. In and out, with most of everything we would find or want there. Most of the people behind the counter or at checkout are good, but there are a few (Not sure who, I never ask for names specifically unless it's really bad) that are standoffish.

Other than that, this store mostly has what I look for particularly in the modeling hobby.”

“This place was such a cool find! My husband and I took a trip to Ashland for a concert and explored the city beforehand. This place was a short walk from our hotel. We spent a couple hours reliving our childhood. All kinds of vintage action figures & comics too! There was a big table with all kinds of loose toys that looked to be mostly old Happy Meal type toys. Those toys could have used a good wash before being added to the table. They seemed a lil pricy, especially for them being as dirty as they were and several missing arms or legs or scratched up. I still ended up getting a few intact ones. Just had to wash them real good. The gentleman at the counter was friendly, but didn't speak much. He greeted everyone that came in the door though. And when he saw my husband looking at the $1 comics, he informed him that they were 10cents. He found several he'd been looking for. Again, super cool find and we will return if we are ever in Ashland again.”

“The young man who works in this store is one of the nicest people abd game stop employees I've ever met. He was so genuine, nice, professional, knowledgeable, is a great asset to this company. There are a couple others I will do reviews on in their particular stores. This review is specifically for Lucas. Thank you for being kind and professional with a ready smile on your face. I hope game stop appreciates you. I for one do! Don't ever change. Hearing you quote and ralk about your mom in such a resoectful way, she did a great job in raising you!! Kudos!! Now Hunter in South Charleston, WV that came from the store in New Boston could def use some extra training in how to treat customers and their things that they take in to trade. Maybe he could spend some time with Lucas to learn the appropriate manners he so sorely is lacking! I'm sure that would only be a punishment for Lucas tho. Hunter is by far the worst person I've ever dealt with in any Game Stop I've been too in my travels of many states! I did this to compare this best of GameStop verses the Worst of GameStop! I'll be doing a special review today on south charlstons GameStop on Hunter specifically! Stay tuned friends!”
