Mobile Phone Accessories near South Zanesville, OH

“I walked into South Zanesville Verizon with a completely broken phone and honestly had no idea what I was going to do. I was just checking out what different stores had to offer and trying to figure out my options. I visited a couple other places first but South Zanesville Verizon by far had the best customer service, and Brandon is the reason why.

Brandon listened to my situation, asked me what I actually needed, and did not try to push me into anything I did not want. I originally only came in for one new phone because mine was completely dead and I needed something as soon as possible. Brandon took the time to explain everything so clearly and he convinced me to try their home internet too. I was not planning on that at all when I walked in, but he made a lot of sense and I am so glad I went with it. He also talked me into getting cases for both of the phones which I probably would have skipped, but honestly he was right about that too.

He helped me get two brand new phones all set up and transferred over, got my home internet, and made sure I had cases to protect everything. The whole process was smooth and stress free and he never made me feel rushed or pressured. He answered every single question I had with patience and actually knew what he was talking about.

Also the store was very clean and didn’t have any weird smells which I appreciated as that isn’t always the case with other stores.

If you are looking for a new phone or internet or anything really, go see Brandon at South Zanesville Verizon. He genuinely cares about his customers and it shows. Best experience I have had anywhere.”

“Matea was super helpful when we stopped in recently. I didn’t purchase anything myself, but my husband added a phone to his line and Matea took the time to clearly explain all the charges and show us what our new bill would look like compared to what we’re paying now. She also reviewed our current lines to make sure we were getting the best deals possible and helped us save as much as we could. Very professional and easy to work with. We really appreciated her help!”

“Such a great experience with Christian. He answered all of my questions and was able to find exactly the right phone and plan for my needs. Would recommend to anyone for their cellular needs.”

“Clayton was friendly and knows his job well. ? He had amazing patience with us and our 5000 questions. And he was able to answer them all. But the most important thing to us was we left feeling like we really got a great deal from AT&T on our upgrades. Great job!”

“My daughter and I went to upgrade our phones to the iPhone 17 pro max. Matthew was there and greeted us right away. We all sat down at the table. He ask us what we needed and then he proceeded to transfer our stuff from our old phones to the new phone. As we waited we talked and laughed, he is super fun! It was taking a while so he told us we could go get our other shopping done or do what ever we needed and come back so we did. We got back and our phones were all done! Matthew then put the screen protector on our phones for us. Then gave us our receipt. I seen the price, I bout died, it wasn’t the real price for us after everything! I ask my daughter if that’s what she paid and she told me yes, Matthew was sitting across from us and he looked at me with big eyes then looked at her while she was carrying on with it ! He then looked at me and said No!!! We all laughed so hard! It was great! Matthew even said that was a good one! He is such a good fun guy, if you’re able to get him when ya go ya better! Thank You Matthew for a great experience and help and most of all the fun!
Hope you stay around there can’t find many like ya! Great job! Mamma Croston ???”
