“So Sunday night at 9:30, my 71yo father is driving to Texas, and his car starts to overheat. He pulls over, gets a tow to Ray's, and leaves the keys in the drop box. 100% leap of faith. We call Ray the next morning, and explain the situation. He is slammed, but agrees to look at the car. Late afternoon, he calls, and has the car completed. Lots of entangled repairs, but the car is fixed. We're preparing for sticker shock, and nope. Very reasonable bill.
And because the repair took him past closing time, he waits after hours for my dad so he can be on his way!! What an awesome experience! If you're ever broke down in Lodi OH, give Ray a shout!”

“Highly highly highly recommend! I was out visiting In-Laws in the Litchfield area and on the way in to town, my valve stem ripped on my truck tire. Made it to the house thankfully with almost no air to spare. Called the fantastic crew at Quality up at 3pm on a Friday and said “can I get this valve stem replaced today?” The lady on the phone said “we will see you soon!” They hopped right on it. I brought the whole wheel and tire to them, and they had it fixed in 15 minutes. Dropped what they were doing. I’ve been turning wrenches my self for 6 years now, and I know how much it sucks when walk ins come in and how it can really mess up the day sometimes. The crew at Quality handled it like a pro, the guy that brought the tire out to me was extremely knowledgeable. Best part? The bill was under $50!!!! I was blown away I wanted to ask if I could leave a tip!! Or at least a 12 pack. My In-Laws said they will keep you guys in mind, and I think everyone else should too! Quality, if you guys see this, thank you very very much and God Bless! Saved my Friday”
