“So Sunday night at 9:30, my 71yo father is driving to Texas, and his car starts to overheat. He pulls over, gets a tow to Ray's, and leaves the keys in the drop box. 100% leap of faith. We call Ray the next morning, and explain the situation. He is slammed, but agrees to look at the car. Late afternoon, he calls, and has the car completed. Lots of entangled repairs, but the car is fixed. We're preparing for sticker shock, and nope. Very reasonable bill.
And because the repair took him past closing time, he waits after hours for my dad so he can be on his way!! What an awesome experience! If you're ever broke down in Lodi OH, give Ray a shout!”
