“I cannot express how much I love vet tech Rachel!! When my dog was a puppy (2020) we had her for a lot of our first visits, but then we didn't have her for over a year. When we finally had her again today she remembered his favorite treats from when he was puppy! We've also had some new issues with getting his nails clipped within the last year, and I'm not sure what changed, but now we need medication to get his nails clipped. She made the visit go so much smoother than I had expected!! I could definitely tell she really cares about the animals that she cares for, because she remembered things about him from over 2 years ago, even after not seeing him for over a year! She also took the time to get him warmed up to her before we started his nails. I will definitely be requesting her for his difficult nails from now on!!”
