The person we spoke with greeted us kindly, explained the options and answered all our questions patiently and expertly. We went to the store on Saturday and delivery was Monday (two days later!).

“We went looking for a new living room set on Memorial Day. When we walked in, we were greeted by Laura and then we were free to shop around at our own leisure. Once we found a set we liked we went back and got Laura. She sat down with us and answered all of our questions. She was extremely knowledgeable about the product , all of the warranties, and deliveries details. Riley’s prices are extremely fair and they make all of their own deliveries with their own people. They have a very good warranty and an easy return policy. I would go back to Riley‘s from now on for all of my future furniture needs. I believe the small family owned brick, and mortar stores are so much better than online or big box.”

“This is one the best investment we've made in furniture purchases. We ordered a Diningroom set during the hight of COVID. It took 10 months to make and deliver to us. We then ordered 2 additional side chairs and a protectant cover for the table. We also got a bedroom set, at a well known furniture store, ordered and not picked up, for an unbelieveable price.The quality and craftsmanship of this furniture is the best. We love it and would purchase other furnishings.”

“I worked with Shuree to finish a bathroom remodel my husband and I had planned to do ourselves and then gridlocked over for four years. Shuree graciously worked with some materials we already had on-hand to finish the project, but also gave wonderful suggestions to round out the finishes and floor plan. She offered us exactly what we needed, which was to reassure us that the remodel was going to work out really well, and offering really beautiful options in response to my taste that I wouldn't have known about without her. We took the bathroom to the studs and her coordination of that rebuild was so worth it.Delays are a normal part of renovation, and we experienced some, but that in no way reflects on anyone poorly-I only mention it because realistic expectations go a long way towards satisfaction.All in all the team we worked with were consummate professionals who conducted their business accordingly, and I would strongly recommend them to anyone needing a hand with a remodel.”
“I bought a used dryer back in 2014 for $150 from this place its 2021 now and I'm now I'm looking to get a new dryer not because the dryer I bought from this place doesn't work but because I just wanna get a newer styled front load dryer and guess who I'm gonna call to see if I can upgrade? You guessed it Dunn`s. That was best $150 dollars I spent ,The Dryer I have now is roughly 14- 15 years old and I don't wanna push it any further .Before it starts to give me any problems I'm gonna retire it and Try my luck with a Newer Fancy front loader. “Worked with Tim at the Green location in Beavercreek, Ohio. Holy cow, i got the curved comfort pillow plus the plush ultimate comfort pillow during the Labor day savings event. Went home ate lunch and took a napsky. Slept like a log. Tried out both pillows, felt like a king floating on my Sleep Number I-8. Just floated across the bed into a daytime lull like nothing before.Tim made a fantastic recommendation and I dont regret taking that recommendation it at all.Probably the best nap and best sleep i have had in ages.”
