We've used self storage in a ton of different cities and states (even a different one in the Dayton area), this is one of the best we've ever used. Super clean, dolleys available for use, and a freight elevator. Plus, they give you 24hr contact info if you have a problem. We immediately booked a year and got a month free. If you need storage in the Dayton area, this definitely deserves your look!!”

ONLY negative was the space unit provided had a pre-existing hole in the ceiling. I IMMEDIATELY informed Faith, where there was a picture taken for record purposes. However, the storage unit was clean and easily accessible.”

“Without looking at the storage facility on site, I chose KO Storage because I only need it temporarily til fall and it was the most cost effective than any other units around. The online application was easy except I was confused about the area on the app to input your payment info. Found out in that you stop at that point before entering your payment info until the move on day. Once I arrived. I was immediately impressed with the security gates, the cleanliness of the facility property. Then I called KO to let them know I was there ready to move in. The customer service rep was friendly, well spoken and instructions were easy to follow. Once you complete the application, I gave the customer service rep my payment info so it didn't go online. After everything was completed, she had me come up with a 6 digit number that was easy for me to remember but, it can't start with 0 (zero). That number will become your gate passcode to get into the storage units to find your assigned unit number. Once through the gates I was further impressed how very clean the entire outside facility was very clean, well maintained and all looked relatively new. So was the inside of my unit. The floor was completely free from dirt, dust and debris of any sort. I'll recommend KO Storage facility located in Franklin Ohio on 1073 N. Main St.”
“Management is really setting this location apart from the rest. Face it, a cube is a cube. Stuffing it full of your things can be done anywhere. However, the site feels secure and is conveniently located. But it's the people that make it a part of your home--just not on the same property.”
“the owners (pretty sure they are the owners) are fantastic, they are always so friendly and welcoming. I do think some updates could be made, such as repaving the driveways and fixing the rubbed off numbers on the gate entry, but i think it’s a fair price and the inside is always clean.”

Only had two bugs in my unit after clearing it out for 2 years. My unit was climate control but it still had a bit in condensation in the unit. Maybe from the weather.”

“We moved our household and vehicle from southwest Ohio to Arizona with Stacey Moving and Storage. From start to finish, our experience was just what you want it to be-experienced, professional and efficient. We knew the estimate of our move was binding, and could plan for the costs accordingly. Our final invoice proved to be even less, based on the weight of our household goods. Our personable moving coordinator kept us up to date on planning and execution of the move; she was also readily available to answer questions. Packing and loading/unloading crew on both ends of the move were pleasant, experienced and careful with our goods, and were great with our dog. Our driver was thorough with documentation and clearly communicated the arrival date of our goods. While a cross country move is stressful, Stacey made it about as simple as it could be.”

“The price is fair considering what size i have and what others charge the extra security and access makes it worth it. I keep my and my girlfriends motorcycles here and just drive there and park, get the bikes, go ride, come back, and grab the car. Some others won't let you keep motorcycles in storage or let you keep your car there, so it's perfect for what I need it for”
