In October on 2023 I traded in 4 phones and I got 4 phones. The following month November I only received one trade in discount for only 1 of the lines. I have called customer service about 6 times and talked to multiple people. Several of the customer service representatives said it should be on your next bill. Still waiting!!!! The last guy I talked to Robert on the customer service line told me to go back to the store cause someone didn’t do their job add you discounts. So I went back to the store talked to one of the guys that actually helped me the day I first got my phones. He said he was going to put a work order in. Come to find out he quit that same week that I talked to him. I feel that they have stolen 3 of my phones, I don’t understand where my phones went unless the clerk stole them and sold them to make cash on the side. I have asked for them to review the surveillance tapes. Still haven’t heard nothing, it’s like I’m getting the run around. Also I don’t understand how they price what they are giving back on your phones. They customer service guy couldn’t even tell me what kind of phone we was getting a promo on. So they give you the lowest amount they can. Still waiting on 3 more promos for my phones. I would not recommend going to this location. Worst experience ever! If I could they would have a negative 5.

Been coming to this location for years. Usually everything goes well. Sunday hours of 10am to 7pm are not as advertised or someone just didn't show up.Show 10am to 7pm on Google10am to 7pm on store website11am to 7pm on door

I originally had a positive experience in the store, I got a new phone and was hesitant to buy a car mount for it but the person helping me let me know that if I had any problems I could return it to any store and I mentioned at least twice that I don’t live out by this store but was visiting while in the area. Although she mentioned I could return it, what she failed to mention is that I can only return it at this store…50 minutes away from where I live because of the type of store it is. If she were fully transparent with me, I wouldn’t have bought it. The customer service was great but I think transparency with your customers is extremely important.

Had a scheduled appointment at 5 to pick up a new phone. Waited 20 minutes before someone even asked if they could help me. I then said I had an appointment and had to pick k up my kids how much longer would it be. He said about 45 minutes…. I said even though I had an appointment? He told me appointments didn’t really matter. I was picking it up before heading out of town, and they will only hold it for 3 days. So even though I went to my scheduled appointment to pick up a phone they no longer have a phone for me

Starla and the Manager (didn't get her name) went more than above and beyond for me. The Manager drove for about 3 hrs round trip to get me the phone I wanted. The also did research to get me the right info for my NFL Sunday ticket incentive. They should both receive accommodation for today's service.

Colby at the Springboro Verizon store is a true gem! He gave us wonderful customer service even when customers kept walking in the door. He also called for help to come and assist with them.He is very knowledgeable and very helpful with questions.We will definitely be back should we need anything more! I LOVE my new lavender Samsung galaxy 23 ultra!
