I'm disabled and they didn't have any 3 wheeled carts to use like they have at Kroger or Walmart then you go through a maze to get to the cashier the store is clean lots of clothes but are too over priced in my opinion.

Most of the staff doesn’t speak English and they sell clothes but you sure as heck can’t try them on before you buy them. What a joke.

I was just trying to work. Have a job. The manager who’s a woman answered the phone aggressively and yelled call back on another day because it’s the weekend and it’s the holidays so they’re busy. Monday came and my application was denied before I had an interview

I arrived at 8:50 and soon as 9 hit they started telling the customers to were about to close soon when there was two hours left and I was taking my time because they didn’t close till 11pm and a employee walked up to me and told me “you know we close at 10 right” when there was three other customers behind me I stood there to see if she would say it to the other customers she didn’t and 20 minutes later one of the employees got on the speaker and said “ we close at 10 for the people that can’t hear” so at this point I’m already walking up to the register and the employee says “i can’t wait till I quit so I can fight some of these customers I don’t care if they get rude with me or not” overall the place was very unprofessional

Had original receipt for an item which was not final sale. Additionally, had original packaging and they still would not accept a $10 refund. The store itself is unpleasant and a disorganized mess. This is the worst Burlington in the United States.
