Been standing outside this location on Kemper for 20 minutes waiting for someone to get back from their lunch break that was supposed to be back at 2pm, to pick up an online order. I live pretty far. Never again will I use this location. Very unprofessional and a huge inconvenience

There is a sign on the door that’s says they are closing today at 4 pm. But their hours are until 6. This is so unprofessional for us beauty professionals to have to deal with. If your hours are until 6 stay open until 6! Why have hours of operation if you are going to just open and close when you want?

Today, (Sunday, 3/6/2022) I arrived at 3:57PM & the doors were locked. Hours online as well as on the door show that they’re supposed to be open until 4PM. The two employees looked right at me from behind the desk. I knew exactly what I needed & would’ve been out by the 4PM closing time.This store seems to make their own hours because another time I tried visiting, they were closed for lunch and had a sign posted on the door but were late returning.

They were out of the Super Skinny serum at 2 locations but hopefully the Super Skinny drops will work until they get more serum.

This place is horrible for customer service!!!! Whoever the dark female that was working today 10-25-2020 was so rude! I understand she was about to close at 4pm, but turning people away at 3:55 when the door is UNLOCKED you just missed out on a $375 order that I already knew what I needed I would have been in and out. Shame on you, and shame on the management for allowing such person to work here. IF YOU DONT LIKE YOUR JOB FIND ANOTHER. I quote I asked, will I have time to grab something real quick, and she said “umm not really I’m about to close down” what a shame. My salon will go elsewhere for business,

Alway there to help great customer service. Always a hello when you walk in. I never feel rushed are feel like they hate their jobs. They know what they are doing here. At of all their stores this is my favorite one.
