I get several 3 months refills but only once have gotten all in one trip even have talked to corporate about useless situation. Only get my meds there cause of health plan.

I would give no stars if I could. I also am a type of vendor and have never been treated so rude by a store manager (JP) First he accused us of being scammers. We work at an apartment complex and people can pay their rent at CVS. He then said that we basically are liars and said just call the 800 number due to a mistake they made. They sent the persons rent to the wrong apartment. I have never been treated like this. He barely waited for me to finish asking him something. I also know that they can help because this happened 2 months prior and a nice lady that I spoke with helped. I really hope that it was just a bad day for JP.....if not maybe you should look for another job.

They never answer the phone, even standing in line in the store I listen to the phone ring and no one even acknowledges it. Medication never ready when its supposed to be. Went in today to pick up something that was supposed to be ready at 11:00am, 3:00pm and not ready, told would be at least another hour, with me standing in the store. After I left, it updated to "be ready" at 2:00pm, this was at 3:00pm!

I have called twice trying to get my sons asthma medicine transferred. Both times I waited over 45 minutes before being so aggravated thatI I hung up. I KNOW THEY ARE NOT THAT BUSY. PATHETIC BUSINESS PRACTICES. I'll call Kroger now thank you.

Customer Service at this store is horrible. Have shopped at CVS over 40 years when it was Super X drugs. Service over the last 3 years has increasingly gotten worse. There's been a large turnover of employees the last few years. Most are not professional. My husband and I take a lot of prescriptions each month and spend a lot of money at this store. Automated system does not work. Prescriptions are rarely ready at requested time. Example, tonight I went to pick up prescription that should have been ready over 7 hours ago. After waiting behind another customer 20 minutes, I was told my prescription wasn't ready. It would take another few minutes. I told her I had already waited much too long. Would have to return tomorrow. This is happening too often. Seriously considering transferring to another pharmacy. No one cares at this store. My money will spend anywhere. Very angry and disappointed.

Never have meds together... i gave them at least 5 chances and they would blame drs office for no communication...the drs office would then tell me otherwise...wife just waited 1 hr. on a script she was told ready,in turn my daughter missed a school function...never again!
