One of the better ones it’s usually always clean and pretty well stocked and the cashiers are always polite. I’m only giving four stars though because it is a smaller one so don’t have many of the bigger items.

So some people don’t get off till 8 and rush to get to the store before they close! It would be nice if you guys didn’t close the store down at 8:25 when your suppose to be open till 9!

I know this store hasn’t always been clean, but today I went in looking for few items, found them and more “of course lol” but it was so nice and clean! Like it was under new management, no boxes in the aisle, workers we’re actually putting stock out and not just leaving carts of boxes in every aisle. Would definitely recommend you guys come check it out! People were friendly, spoke when I came in as well. Nice job dollar tree!! On Kemper next to value city furniture.

Employees were rude, went in for a pair of socks was told that the aisle the socks were in was closed and I could not buy them. I said ok and as I was walking away the employee told another employee don't be afraid to kick these customers out or tell them they can not go down the aisle if you don't want them there. There was no indication the isle was closed for shopping. Maybe a sign would be nice or at least be nice when speaking to customers. Not a great experience

I made a visit to this dollar tree today and had one of the worst experiences ever. The only African American lady that was working as a shelf stocker tonight came up to my children who were in toy aisle and started yelling at them “Where are your parents, you can’t be here!” When I and another family member were literally standing a couple feet away. So we approached her and asked what the problem was. She then stated that the problem was that my children were in the toy aisle grabbing toys and they were going to make a mess and destroy things. This frustrated my family member and I because she was only targeting them and harassing them talking about they are not allowed to be at the toy aisle like where is that stated in their store policy and when I confronted her about it she said she was gonna call Springdale police and I told her to go ahead and call them and then she tried to calm down and be nice to me and my children. So just to warn all those parents who shop there to always keep their children nearby to avoid this from happening.

There are better locations to shop than this. This one is at a risky area. This business district seems to be collapsing all around it. Please be careful. This gets my: yikes! Be diligent and keep a watch if you go here.
