Visited this location today and waited 30-45 mins to not receive all the shoes I requested. I have never been to any foot locker where this happened. So as a result, I left to visit another shoe store who valued my presence.

I always go to this store, and the service is terrible. They never help you; they just ignore you. They always say they don't have the sizes you ask for, but they never look for them. The other day, a pair of shoes was on sale for $99, but the cashier said they were $120, so I didn't buy them. I went to another Foot Locker and they sold them to me for $99. Also, my dad bought a pair of shoes a few days ago, and we decided to return them and exchange them for another pair. The cashier told us we had to pay for the other pair and that he would get a refund for the ones he had. My dad said that was fine, and we did what she said, and it's been a week and we still haven't gotten our money back. I would say they should change their employees.

“I recently visited FootLocker and was very disappointed with the customer service. When I asked for help, the worker just pointed me to someone else instead of assisting me themselves. They seemed more interested in talking to their co-workers than helping customers. Even at checkout, the employee didn’t say a word—just processed my purchase while chatting with a co-worker. This has been by far the worst experience with Footlocker located at Springdale, Ohio. Firstly, no one greeted us coming in and it was barely anyone in the store. Secondly, the young man that my husband asked help from was directing my husband like it was my husband’s responsibility to go and grab a shoe off the wall and walk it to him because he didn’t want to walk and get it. Thirdly, his customer service skills was horrible and he couldn’t hold a pleasant conversation and was talking as if he was talking to a friend from the streets. Fourthly, the guy was trying to hit on a woman instead of doing his job and the lady didn’t bit more have interest in him, so we decided to order shoes online because I was getting into a bad space and didn’t want anyone there getting a sale from me. Finally we ordered the shoes and it said 3-5 days and let’s just say we are still waiting for these shoes that now has been pushed to be here tomorrow. I get it’s Christmas season, but we ordered these shoes(Uggs) on 12/6/24 and they’re still not here!!!!

Dont believe the hours posted online. Call and ask the hpurs they dont bother updatingtthe open hours or changes for holidays. I went there 3 times and they were already closed 2 hours before they were suposed to close. Plus they ignore half the people attempting to buy shoes. Great selection though. Ill admit that much

I went to buy shoes for my son , very unprofessional treatment, and it's not the only time it happened sometimes you try to give people benefit out the doubt that there not bad , but this place is no good, I've gone to other stores and received great treatment.
