There is no give on price from top golf manufactors so don't blame this retailer. However each year they tweak their clubs a little bit and advertise they're better. And the Easter Bunny and Santa are real.

Don't trade your clubs in with this business. The only way they will take your clubs in on trade, is if they can steal them from you. I bought a Cobra driver from them less than a year ago, and it was in excellent condition. Took it in today and was thinking about changing to a different driver. Young guy at the back counter with zero personality or people skills tells me they would give me $90 for a driver I paid $399 for less than a year ago.No thanks, I'll do business with another company!

Yesterday 6-5-23, my husband, myself, and our two kiddos entered Golf Galaxy between 6-7pm. Upon entering, the cashier literally looked at us and turned his head. Two boys working the floor also turned their head when I made eye contact with them. Mr. Kelley, thankfully, walked passed us fifteen minutes later offering a greeting and assistance. I told him he was the only person who had acknowledged us since we entered the store. He apologized and proceeded to offer my husband the best customer care. From the shoes, socks etc. we spent over $300. If my husband did not have a golf outing on Thursday we would have taken our business elsewhere. Thank you Mr. Kelley, because of you we may return. If you're not there, we will shop Amazon.

This store is in great hands with Jason as their manager. A great guy who helped me with my order. Very easy to deal with, and the rest of the team was just as kind and thoughtful.

This is the only place of its kind in the area and the prices reflect that. If you're the type that doesn't mind paying retail for a polo($85) or a $400 for a putter, this is the place for you. Everything is expensive including balls, tees, clubs, shoes, belts, etc. Likely will find a better deal shopping around but without the convenience of seeing the item in person. I admit, I have been out of the golf scene for quite some time. I stopped in to check out the club selection. I was looking for the Titleist T2i driver. The driver retails for $549 new. I found a used one in the pre-owned section. Banged up with multiple scratches... $479. Give me a break folks. $500 for a used banged up club? I'm outta here. My pockets aren't deep enough.

Golf galaxy has been my go to place for all my golf needs and desires. Their staff is very knowledgeable. Their new store and set up is fantastic. I really like the new technology for fitting and lessons. I've seen the pro Kelly there and he is great at what he does. This is my favorite place that I have been fit at. They have a great selection and the fitter was very good at his job.

I would never ever step foot in this store again. If you're a female I highly suggest avoiding this store as the numerous male employees I encountered are misogynists who couldn't take the time to listen to what I was trying to ask or say. When I asked a specific question about two different sets of Callaways they just read me exactly what I already knew myself off the Callaway website.

Came in to get a few club repairs. A few of the guys there (grumpy old men) were standing around doing nothing. Even though it would take less than ten minutes to do the repairs, was told it would take a "full day" to make the repairs and they would "get to them when they got to them". One of the guys was the "assistant manager". They all seemed to just want to stand around, pretend to act busy, and collect their hourly wage. Went down the street to another golf shop and got the repairs done in 5 minutes.

Golf Galaxy rates a ZERO out of 5 stars in Customer Service. My son spent $1600 on irons and was told that he would have them in 6-8 weeks. it has been over 15 weeks and of course they are blaming Titleist. I understand that they cannot control the production of clubs by the manufacturer, but what they can control is someone updating the customer with status. We have had to call them multiple times and keep getting new "drop dead dates." Clearly the SPRINGDALE, OHIO location does not care ONE OUNCE about retaining customers. I will make sure that no one I know shops here....

Great selection. Only complaint is it's not a great store if you're left handed, unless your looking for one or two clubs.

Not a good experience. Traded my old club. I changed my mind when I walked out. Walked back in the store less than 1 minute later after spending 400 dollars and asked to buy my old club back and the guy at front desk said no, it would cost me 45 dollars when they only gave me 21 dollars on the new club.. This place lost my business.

Ball fitting service done here. The start was a bit clunky (new setup in the store), but once we got going, it was a great experience. I learned a lot about my swing and the equipment I'm using. And the fitting was very affordable for the value given.
