Overall, positive experience. Raymond did a nice job of explaining the car to my daughter. Finance manager was very quick and competent. The only negative related to the purchase was the infuriating dealer add-ons. I was able to stop the VIN etching into the windows for $199, but the Pulse 3rd brake light flasher was already installed with an MSRP of $499. Since we had already arranged to drive two hrs each way to get the car, I had to swallow the cost. It just makes me wonder if the $350-400 they make off that option outweighs the negative customer impact.

Had a great buying experience with our sales guy, Jaden. He truly went above and beyond for us. Just as happy with our finance guy, Jason. They were both very genuine and friendly.

Josh and Blake were extremely helpful throughout my first time car buying process. I ended up with a 2026 GMC Terrain AT4 and I couldn’t be happier. Their customer service was above and beyond. I would recommend anyone to buy a new car here!

My experience was absolutely amazing!! I couldn’t be anymore happier with my purchase!!! Blake made it very easy to purchase my vehicle! Jaden was helpful on finalizing everything for me!! I forgot to get my license plate and Blake was very responsive on a Friday night after he was off work to let me know they would mail it to me! I have been to a lot of dealerships over the years and I have to say this was the best service and experience I have ever had!! Everybody was so nice and helpful! I even came in after I got off work before closing time on a Friday night. I will highly recommend Kerry GMC!!!

I have been a faithful customer to GMC since I purchased my 2020 Terrain in 2023. I make sure to get all my oil changes on time at a couple different GMC locations but Kerry GMC in springdale WAS my favorite place to go because I thought I was being taken care of as valued customer. Unfortunately, I discovered that the guys at this location never had my best interest at heart. I had a warranty that included a free oil change at 53,000 miles which was not offered to me during my last service visit. Yes, it is my responsibility to keep up with my warranty benefits but It should be ethical practice for the dealership to observe such benefits for their customers since this information is readily available to them when they pull up our accounts. When I asked Kerry dealership why I wasn’t offered my free oil change during my last visit, James Lehmkul responded, “That’s a good question.” Furthermore refusing to eat the cost of the oil change, even though his team failed to read simple notes on my account! After several conversations with GMC Corporate and this particular dealership, no solution was offered or extended. Corporate did give Kerry GMC the option to approve a free oil change at their discretion given the situation but again Kerry and the team refused to take accountability for their oversight which caused them to lose a faithful customer. Please learn from my mistake and keep track of all your warranty details and benefits because THEY DO NOT believe in human decency or mutual concern.

UPDATE- I called you Chris Williams at the number you left under my initial Google review on the same day you commented. Your receptionist stated that you were not available so I left you a detailed voice message so you could return my call. It has been over a month now and I have been waiting to hear back from your office regarding this matter. You seemed to have such genuine concern. I hope this is true.

The process was very fast and the service was great. Previously purchased car sales took an upwards of 4 hours + at other dealerships. I was in and out in 2.5 hours with the purchase of my new Terrain AT4. The service was excellent.
