“For Truckers. If you are bribing a load from Durham nc where one piece is a tall wooden box, you can only be unloaded from dock 6. No matter what time the broker list the appt, they don’t open until 9 Am and they load their box trucks for deliveries first so expect to sit till 9:30-10 am to unload you. Don’t waste your clock arriving at 8 am because dispatcher will kill the clock for no reason. Had me scheduled for 8 am but couldn’t make it so changed to 10 am. Had to do a split to here and finish 2 hr part of split break. I don’t know if they allow overnight parking but it’s lots of space to sit plus it’s little to no options to park near by. If you can make it the night before can be a great spot to do a 10 hr break. Just don’t buy into the broker(Mega Corp) appt time. He wants you to seal load and send photo or charge you lots of money(scam) yet shipper doesn’t give seal nor and says it don’t need to be sealed. Just 4 pallets at 2700 pounds.
