Stood in line for 30 min waiting to cash a check with a teller. Teller stood there yucking it up with 7 people in line visibly irritated. Glad I stopped banking with them years ago.

This by far the worst pnc in Cincinnati. Whoever is managing this location is doing an awful job. They do not follow the same policies as other Pnc’s. They have their own set of rules. Also if the atm’s don’t work correctly, good luck even getting anyone to answer the phone. Do not go here. Drive to the location in Downtown Sharonville. It’s worth the 10 minute drive.A FIRM NO FROM ME.

Worst branch in Cincinnati. Whoever is managing the bank is doing a terrible job. Almost everytime I go there it's a different teller. I've been forced to do business at this branch because it is the only one close to me that is open until 6:00 PM. I give the drive though my signed check and ID and they come back wanting a credit or debit card. I've been doing business at this branch for 18 years and it's a fiasco. I have been with PNC bank since they came to Cincinnati about 25 years ago and they used to be customer friendly. Not any more. All good things must come to an end. I'm going to open a new account at a new bank and start moving all my billing over.

I've always had great customer service here and I'm always treated very well. I don't bank there but I deposit for someone else.They don't bother me about opening an account or getting a PNC credit card, like most banks do, when they find out I bank someplace else.I wouldn't mind if they did ask, because it's their job to try to get new business and new accounts started. I would absolutely recommend their services.Even when I've cashed lottery tickets here, they've been extremely professional and they don't act like it was a waste of time or anything.

The woman working the front kiosk is helpful and very kind. I thank her for pointing me in the right direction. But I spoke mainly with Tiffaney in personal banking and not only was she friendly, easy to get along with, and respectful but she treated my situation like it was her own. I could not have asked for a better representative of PNC Bank to handle my auto loan and I really appreciate her help with everything she has done for me.

Everytime I think that I'm going to have a good experience at this location I go in and then I don't. I'm not even going to waste my time trying to explain what happened here today because it's not like any feedback submitted is ever taken seriously......

Made a large deposit with 2 checks on 8.2.21. I wanted a lousy $40.00 cash back. I gave her my driver's license and then she requested my bank card. I didn't give it to her. Since when is a driver's license not good enough? Needless to say I have had other issues with the PNC on Wessel in Fairfield. The service has gone down hill. It is time to switch banks! I have been with the for 15 years.

Last, night, made an ATM deposit, it kept the 100s and 50s and spit the 20s out. No receipt, no deposit...nothing. Anyway, called the branch this morning and instead of helping, had me call another number not associated with the branch. I've had an issue with an ATM at my regular branch in Hilliard Ohio and when I reported it, they helped me, no referring me to another number. This branch needs to work on customer service. If someone calls with an issue that has to do with your branch, YOUR ATM, help them! Don't be LAZY, I know you can handle it! Furthermore, my branch issued a temporary credit in my account until it could be verified so that I actually had the funds... this branch, by referring me to the national number, did nothing.... I'm without the money that the atm took and won't be credited back to my account for 3 days! What if I needed the money! If you deposit at the ATM at the branch, break the deposit up. Don't deposit one large deposit even though the machine supposedly can handle 50 bills.

I am updating my review of Springdale Branch of PNC Bank. With major changes in personnel, it is now my prefered local PNC Bank location. The "NEW" staff is much more efficient and their responsiveness is a significant improvement above the review I left a year ago. Kudo's to PNC for listening to customer concerns. Quick in and quick out. If you visited this branch in the past with poor results, you owe it to yourself the give them another try. Sincerely!

This PNC location is closest to my house but takes longer to complete any transaction that any PNC branch I have ever gone to. PNC is closing the route 4 Fairfield location up the road from this site? This site should be closing as the wait time and service is terrible. It has not always been this way but it has for the last 3 or 4 years. Upper management intervention is significantly past due. 55 year customer.

Refused to notarize a document for me as I was not a PNC customer even though I'm a PNC Visa card holder and my company has multiple accounts. Apparently they couldn't find me in the system. I physicaly showed them my Visa, ID and business card but that didn't matter. Absolutely 0 customer service. It's literally notarizing a document!! I recommend taking your business elsewhere, as I will.

Went to this branch today to add an employee to a business account. Was told only one employee is allowed to help business customers and that manager was too busy meeting with an employee than to help us. We waited for about 15 minutes and then we were told to make an appointment and come back. Poor customer service, very dissatisfied.
