If I could give it a zero I would, these workers are very rude to me and my family we were trying to shop peacefully and the workers kept passing by us and rolling there eyes looking right at us, and kept asking if we were going to buy the things we had in our cart, it was 3 black lady's and a white lady ive never had a bad experience like this while shopping, they made us feel like we didnt be belong there not just that but at the cash register nothing but a rude attitude being rough with our items and highly disrespectful, this Ross needs to do better, forgot to mention the place was trashed the carts were filled with garbage and dirty napkins floor looked nasty trash on the floor, bad experience overall

waited at the jewelry cabinet pushed the button waited about 3 minutes and then rang it again ... then a manager comes up sees me looking but doesn't ask me can she help me and doesn't get behind the counter....I understand having a case but what's the point of no one is available to help people i was certain i was going to buy a pair of earrings them but after she just stood there looking lost i walked out instead. Horrible customer service i will stick to only tj maxx from now on
