Our party arrived at 12 when they opened and being the first customers we thought it would be the cleanest. Wrong. The floor was filthy from day prior, tissues, old drink containers on the floor, food crumbs, ect. I felt hesitant to let my kids play. Some trampolines had tears in it to the point it would cause an injury if someones foot or leg fell into it. Also it seems like this particular park is geared towards older kids, 8+. Our 2 & 4 yr old were bored after 30 min.

Would give 0 stars if I could. They lock their doors early and close early without notice. The facility is poorly maintained and clean. Do not purchase a membership because it seems they are going out of the business. We bought a membership and this happened twice in 4 days we’ve tried within a week. Workers do not seem to care. They get to leave work early.

This place is dirty and falling apart. The carpet looks like it hasn’t been vacuumed in a year. The baseboards are falling off the walls half the equipment was either shutdown or broken. The railing is loose and not going to prevent anyone from falling a 10 foot drop to the concrete floor. The sanitizer on the wall… before I even checked I knew it was going to be empty and guess what it was. There was trash on the floor the couch is missing legs… the mats were fraying…. I could keep going but I’ll stop here. I’ll never be back.

I recently got a membership for my 10yo daughter and added myself onto it for a very reasonable price. We've gone like 5 times already and she loves it. The facility is clean. The staff are nice very much present on the jump floor which is awesome and comforting. We've gone when they've had big birthday parties going on and other times when there's less of a crowd, and had a great time everytime.
Id give them 6 stars if I could fr.

My son love’s going here. There are a lot of trampolines along with a climbing wall and zip lines. The trampolines include dodge ball jump, basketball jump, a sponge pit you can jump into and a couple other regular large trampoline areas. Great cost and the kids enjoy it.

My husband and I took my stepson for his birthday along with his other son, our 2 sons, and our neice and nephew. The park itself is an amazing idea and a great way for the kids to get exercise while having a TON of fun. We went on a Sunday, not too busy which was great!
Since it wasn't too busy, I really did expect better service when it came to refreshments. Seeing a bunch of sixteen-somethings standing around and having to continuously wait for service was unnerving. If there is pepperoni pizza on the menu with no sizing listed and I ask how many slices do I get with the pepperoni pizza I expect a better answer than "Ya know, the size of a regular pizza" MORE answers continued this way when asked other, what I would think, would be simple questions to a not very extensive menu.
It was also unnerving that there were no sauce options for a $4.99 3 pc. Chicken Tenders (no fries or side comes with them by the way) besides ketchup or the cheese that goes with the nachos on the menu.
Im not sure if this is a new business or not, but being my 1st visit, doesn't leave me racing to take my kids back- well at least not on close to empty stomachs.

Not very big. There are two jump zones plus a foam pit and 3 basketball goals. One of the zones is set up for smaller kids, but they let little kids (I'm talking about kids two years old or possibly younger) into the other area, so you're constantly having to watch out for kids getting in your way as you're bouncing.
The worst thing is that a bigger kid got stuck in the foam pit and they didn't seem to have any plan in place to assist the child. If it had been a serious injury, it could have been very bad.

Place was great. We got there while they had a large party, but we still had a great time. Place was clean and staffed.
We did have one young man who was amazing. He coordinated a 1v1 game with my twins ( birthday boys) and friends that we brought. He also judged a slam dunk contest for them. A great ambassador!
However, I inquired about his name and no one knew it because he was a new employee. He did a great job, and really made the visit go from good to great.

Definitely a buck wild kind of place. Kids are everywhere staff are not able to be located when needed. Had one working bathroom and it was for men. So if women had to use the bathroom or take their kids they had to go next store in them goofy looking socks. Teenagers act like fools in here like it's the club and are disrespectful and they are mean to the little kids trying to have fun. Definitely not an establishment I'll be going back too. You pay so much money to throw a party there then they try to kick you out early too. It's definitely a wild free for all place.

They keep illegally taking money. I have contacted this company 8 times over 4 months to cancel my membership and they are still charging me for a membership. They will not cancel my membership at the Florence location and said I must do it online. I try to do it online and it says “for membership changes, please contact us.” I have sent two inquiries/emails to corporate with no response. No corporate number is listed and the manager at the Florence location finally gave me a corporate number after my seventh phone call, and it doesn’t work. I finally found an online chat, the lady on the chat claimed she canceled it but said I have to be charged for one more future month before it is canceled. I said I refused to be charged again as it has been 4 months and she said she couldn’t stop payment and said there was no manager I could chat with and no number I could call about it. Looking at the other one star reviews, I am expecting that my membership is not actually canceled and am anticipation future memberships fees still coming out of my account. I will be filing a dispute with my bank against them. And will continue to pursue other legal actions to get my money back.
