“The owner was very friendly and helpful. She was by herself with about 5 different groups to help before another staff had arrived. She asked the other woman to get our vehicle out of the garage and pull it around to the front. When she got out of the vehicle she went to the passenger side looking at the door that's when I saw a crease in the door and smell dents by the mirror. Kinda looked like while backing out the mirror was hit and pushed forward. She walked past and said no damage on vehicle so I looked at paperwork and nothing was noted at all. I made a note on mine as to the damage found on this vehicle and the 2nd one we rented at the same time. But overall quick and easy service in and out. I'll update after our trip and return of the vehicles.”

“I rent a LOT of vehicles for both work and personal use, and I’ve dealt with many Hertz locations over the years. When I first started using the Hillcrest branch, I was extremely disappointed. The staff was unfriendly, and the facility felt poorly managed.

However, something has clearly changed. The team now answers calls promptly, greets me warmly, and has my vehicles ready before I even arrive. It seems there’s been a shift in leadership, and I believe Spencer, who I assume is the new manager, has made a tremendous impact. He’s been outstanding, and the entire branch has transformed for the better.
