“I had made reservations to rent a 15 passenger van from Enterprise over a month before my trip. 4 days before our trip, Enterprise calls to tell me that they can't fill my reservation. On a scramble I couldn't find anyone with a van. Fortunately I expanded my search and found A1 Van rentals. In the last minute Mr. Whitley had a single 15 passenger van available and was able to get us set. Not only did he have one available. He also worked around my availability. With the facility being over an hour south, he made arrangement's so I could pick up and drop off the van after hours. While this place is a good distance from us, I'll likely continue to use their services for our future Youth events.”

I had to wait a long time while they cleaned a car for me though otherwise I would have left five stars. Definitely a better experience than I’ve had at the airport other than the wait.”

The other enterprises customer service was one of the worst but surprisingly, couple miles down the road, this one is completely different! “We booked a 2+ week rental back in July of last year and I am sorry for not leaving a review sooner. The nice ladies working that day were very helpful and when we had called previously to make sure they'd have the vehicle we needed they made sure to take care of us. I'm currently booking our 2024 trip and even though a couple locations have a slightly cheaper rate I'd pay the extra $ to re-book here knowing how well of a job they do of taking care of their customers.”

That's the type of service I like. The car I got was clean and in great working order. It had enhanced cruise control which was great as I was driving nearly the whole way on the highway.”

“Super friendly and helpful staff!Things were messed up with my reservation being at the wrong location and I had already dropped my vehicle off for repairs. The selection was limited as they were not expecting me at this location. ? The initial vehicle they had available put me over my insurance coverage per day. Rachel did an AMAZING job checking all options and working to find me a car in the back and had it cleaned up for me allowing me to get me into a car within my budget! Highly recommended!”

“I have rented vans from them many times! They are fantastic and for those who need vans that are made for the disabled they go above and beyond the call of duty!! My sister and I are thinking of buying a van that is accessible and this place is the place to go for that too. They will do their best to even equip your van with what you need to make it accessible for you if they possibly can. They are amazing and I highly recommend them!!”

“I got my first car here and my parents got a car a few years before me from here. Very easy to work with and straight forward with you. They have you take the car first to a mechanic of your choice to check it out, and payments can be weekly or biweekly. It ends up taking about 2 years to pay off, so not too terribly long. I would recommend checking them out for a car!”

“I rented a Model 3 for my husband’s birthday. Everything went so smoothly from start to finish. When I called, Dana helped me choose the best vehicle for my purposes. The online reservation process was easy. Dana had the vehicle ready to go, and was so patient and knowledgeable. The car was beautiful and drove like a dream. When we dropped it off, he spent time talking to us about the differences in the vehicles within their fleet. My husband had an awesome experience every step of the way. We will be back and will definitely recommend Eventures to friends and family!”

When we called in to extend the rental they were very courteous. Definitely recommend going to the Enterprise near the Dayton Mall in Miamisburg.”

“They picked me up from my hotel to rent the car, then returned me to my hotel after i returned the car. They don't do that on Saturdays, though, which is not ideal. Definitely an industry that is as busy on Saturdays as on weekdays, maybe more. I wish they were open 7 days.I had to return the car early because a tire had a leak... they just gave me a different car. And I bought their insurance, which covered a scratch.Very friendly employees with very rude customers. Hopelessly understaffed on Saturdays.”

“The 5 stars are for Ricky that was working the counter at the Dayton Mall office in Miamisburg, Ohio. He was dealing 3 sets of customers at the same time, and handling it well. Two of us had reserved our rentals through Priceline, and the vehicles that we reserved did not exist. Budget/Avis should not partner with them if the integration between the them and Priceline is not exact and correct. Ricky resolved our situations properly and to our satisfaction. They need more folks like him. They also need better partners and software.”

“The reason I was renting was due to my car needing body repair from accident & I was referred by my insurance company to Hertz. The Hertz employee that assisted me was great; very helpful & handled my rental quickly, so I got back to my many activities as soon as possible. Only one drawback: The location is within a large car dealership amongst numerous car dealerships on one road so finding this specific Hertz office is not easily visible from street view.”

“My car broke down and I was in Dayton. Had the car towed to the dealership, and asked about a rental. They sent me down the street to Enterprise, which "though" they might be able to get me a pick up truck. Nope.Called my son and he said he had just the solution...and brought me here to his go to spot. At first they said I needed to book in advance, but when I explained my situation they quickly found me a car. It was a Hyundai Electra, and I gotta say, I loved it. So much I'm buying one. I always used to drive Hyundai's but for many reasons I decided to keep my husband's jeep after he passed.They were busy when I returned, and said I was a gallon low (even though I just filled up!) and charged me a $15 fee for that. Oh well, I had a car for more than a week and that was what I needed. And I like supporting local businesses.”
