“Had a difficult time finding all natural sand in any stores around town. Tractor Supply Company not only had it in stock but I was greeted at the door buy a cashier that not only told me where it was but looked it up and rang me out right at her cash register. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes with exactly what I needed for my soil in my garden. Exactly what I wanted to happen on a day when I had a project to get done. That was excellent service and the best part it was by three bags get the fourth one free!”

“They have a decent selection. Help isnt as easy to find as smaller stores. I was happy that they had a tool set marked 150 lower than it was supposed to be as the tag was placed on the wrong item and they honored it since it was their error.”

“This place is my go to and honestly it tends to be pretty good! I just wish the customer service was better and I wish the employees were more accurate. When you ask them for help with pricing I had called ahead to ask about having a key made, and to figure out how much it would cost to have, it made the employee who answered the phone told me she did not know, but she would check and then proceeded to put me on hold when she came back. She told me it would only be one or two dollars but when I went to go do it, it ended up being over six dollars after tax, which was absolutely insane. The only reason they’re not getting five stars is because they need to train their employees to be more accurate with pricing when somebody asks them about it the people who are supposed to be knowledgeable about the things in their store. Hardware stores need to be very exact because the things they sell, go to things that are very exact.”
