“Always have been treated extremely well, I had injured my neck just before going there, not knowing how bad I was looking for a plumbing part when the pain became unbelievable, a employee noticed, came over to check on me I explained what I was looking for and he told me go set in your vehicle and I will bring it to you, I did and he did,got me the part I finished the job and went and got my neck fixed. Probably the best experience I’ve ever had at Lowe’s. Hudson went above and beyond; he was incredibly patient while I figured out which EGO mower to buy and made sure to remind me about the bonus free battery offer without rushing me at all. He even helped load the very heavy mower into my SUV in the rain, which really stood out. We did have to drive about 30 minutes since none of the closer stores had this model in stock, but the level of service we received made it completely worth it. Huge thanks to Hudson for making what could’ve been a stressful purchase so easy.”
“My wife and I were shopping for a new washer and dryer. We had already been to the other big box store down the street and after being ignored for 45 minutes we decided to go to HD. Everything was displayed so well and easy to shop. Lilly greeted us, gave us a few minutes to talk, answered a few questions and rang us up in 10 minutes. “This is by far my favorite Menards. The customer service is worth the longer drive. The staff is top tier. They actually ask if I needed assistance while walking around the store , they smile and are friendly while checking out, asking questions etc. I highly recommend this location.”
