Home Road Auto Spa is a locally owned car wash and lube service that has been updated. No appointments are needed and service is fast. The staff is usually friendly and knowledgeable, providing outstanding customer service. They have now added a U-Haul rental dealer. Even when very busy, the staff takes care of customers as quickly as possible and can be extremely polite, sometimes opening up specially to accommodate needs. However, experiences with service quality can vary. Some customers report that their car was not cleaned thoroughly, requiring them to finish cleaning at home, with items like dashboards left undone and trash not removed from compartments. On occasion, staff members have been perceived as rude during interactions about service details or extra charges. While some services include extras, there can be confusion or refusal regarding specific requests like vacuuming twice. Despite generally good service, these inconsistencies have led to dissatisfaction for some paying customers.
I want to say I will always support mom and pop stores over convenience. I have had my oil changed at the quick change places. Many have been way over $100. This place did it for $50. Fair, affordable and kind service.

I only visited once but they did a great job and I think it cost $9. For wash and dry. And underbody rinse

I use it on both cars for oil changes and washing. Great customer service. Good prices.
