We took out a home equity loan through Huntington bank. Since the day we closed they have refused to answer questions or concerns. Months and months of unanswered emails. Truly disappointing.

I was greeted professional and the teller remembered me from the downtown Bank and remembered my last name and I haven't seen her for years, very impressed.
