Worst experience ever. They will lock your account when you are late and you cant pay or deposit money. Do not finance anything with them. They are horrible and the people are the rudest we have ever dealt with. We will be leaving them asap

former resident, visiting from out of town, used the atm from another credit union. pretty unprofessional receiving your money haphazardly. glad y'all aren't my primary bank. who gives dollar bills for a withdraw in the hundreds? ??? zero stars. odd a photo can't be attached

A truly helpful staff(Urbana branch). 5 Free ATM withdraws per mth I called w/ an inquiry on a Wednesday evening at about 8 pm and a live agent answered my inquiry! Online navigation is somewhat burdensome though.

Charges $15 to make a payment which is downright predatory. The people who answer the phones have the customer service voice and skills of an angry root vegetable. App rarely lets you log in. This bank just seems like a revenue stream to the people that run it, not something they take pride in. Avoid at all costs.

DO NOT Finance your vehicle through these people!! They are nothing but a pain, rude and they lie!! They claim they call, text and email you when they don’t!! They take forever to take out your payment and it makes it seem like your payment is late or you just “didn’t pay” and they freeze your account and then don’t tell you and keep denying your other payments!! They will not work with you and if you try to call to just talk to them to figure things out they get nasty with you.

Terrible they are the worst bank ever. They bully you if you have a loan through them if your a day late they freeze your account. Then they report false information to the credit bureau. No one will call you back. I’ve tried everything.

I simply called to verify a check and the lady couldn’t have been more rude and condescending. I never want to deal with this bank again in my life. Terrible customer service. Not sure how they’re even in business with that kind of service.

They have no “bill pay” option to pay with debit or credit card. They said there’s a way to do it online but charges $15. Who the heck charges $15 to pay a bill online or through app? ?

So far this has been the worst loan experience I’ve ever experienced. Refinanced my car almost a month ago, this bank picked up that loan and has yet to do due diligence to assure the payoff went through. I’m getting calls daily from the original car loan originator saying my payment is late but they have never been late, it’s because this bank hasn’t returned my calls or those of the originator of the loan with info about the payoff. The app to this bank is zero user friendly, dated and complicated. Website doesn’t work just throws a redirecting symbol. Customer service expects me to call the original loan institute and figure this out .. smh.It just goes on and on. Worst experience ever.

Terrible customer service. Never call back. Never answered the phones. Rude and disrespectful. There's no easy way to make your mayments. I've financed a few vehicles and this is the absolute worst service out of any finance I have done. Caint wate to refinance with a different company. I wouldn't recommend at all.

Horrible. Would not recommend IHCU to ANYBODY. On the rare occasion that the app lets you log in, you can't do anything on it. I can't pay my bill on the website either, so I have to call. When I missed a payment and didn't realize, they still took the next payment out of my bank account and refused to process it until I fixed the other payment. I called collections to sort it out and the lady was VERY rude and condescending. I assumed she was having a bad day until she left a voicemail a few days later and still had an attitude and talking to me like I was trash. If there was a way I could switch companies early, I would.

The absolute worst establishment you will ever deal with regarding any banking concerns. DO NOT BANK WITH THEM. They provide no help when an issue arises, as well as a representative will be nothing but absolutely nasty in return. For your own good, bank with anyone else.
