Great people my experience was really good they got me the help that I needed customer service was great also. Brittany C was very helpful with what I needed I have been banking with IH for years and im glad I made the decision to bank with them overall they are GREAT! Highly recommend.

A truly helpful staff(Urbana branch). 5 Free ATM withdraws per mth I called w/ an inquiry on a Wednesday evening at about 8 pm and a live agent answered my inquiry! Online navigation is somewhat burdensome though.
