“I needed to update my name on my account, the PNC website suggested that I make an appointment so I did. I walked in and was helped almost immediately since I had an appointment. You do have to wait if you don’t make an appointment, this location is incredibly busy. Tez was our banker today, he was phenomenal and very personable. He needs a raise!!!!!”
