“Moved here a year ago and have used this store numerous times now. Just met the owner who is very sweet. Yes it's a small place but it's supposed to be. It's a tiny town market; what do you expect? They work hard to serve you. They have a facebook page you can use to keep informed of deals. We are lucky to have them! Convenient for all of us in that area, but also a cute place you can use when you're heading up or down Troy Road.”

“Wow. Just wow. Been in the store maybe a dozen times and always am greeted and am welcomed to some nice conversation from the employees. Store may be a budget store, but people are top notch! Every single time. Best store in Springfield!”
“This store is much nicer than our poor excuse for one in Urbana. The staff is even nicer and more attentive. It's neater and bigger as well.
We found everything we needed. I was also surprised to see that they even sell wine.
I plan on going to this one when I pass through from now on.

I dropped my pen from my purse while retrieving my wallet, and it was promptly lost in the candy bars. I looked for a short time, but told her it wasn't very important. She immediately offered her own pen, which as it turned out was much nicer than the one I'd lost. I really like this place.”

“I hadn't been in this store for a couple of years. I have to say I'm so impressed that I promise I'll be back soon! It was neat, clean, well put together, & prices were really pretty good! Their food prices are competitive with Kroger. A lot of time, Kroger doesn't even have half the items that I went in for. This store really surprised me! Tons of choices including frozen foods, lots of fresh produce and fresh bread & dairy. The staff that were working were so helpful, and pleasant to talk to. Definitely worth the trip if you just want a few items & know Kroger down the road will likely be too busy, with all of the carts for pickup or delivery!”

“A very nice clean, quiet store, with friendly staff, and aside from the one meth head that was loitering in self-checkout for no particular reason, it was actually quite a pleasant shopping experience. The only thing that sort of surprised me, was that the deli didn't have any Canadian Goose as I was told it's a popular meal in Springfield Ohio.”

“Compared to 3 months ago with the firing of the old staff and rehiring of the new staff and cleaning up the old staffs unsanitary habits in order for EACH AND EVERY DEPARTMENT to follow safety and sanitation regulations in order for the community to purchase products that are worthy and safe and quality products and products that are worthy of the safety and sanitationregulations that are implemented by the health department and state and federal requirements. I've worked there for a little over a month. And yes we have had a few hiccups with equipment failures unexpectedly and please believe that we are doing our best in EVERY DEPARTMENT to give the customers and community quality healthy regulation met products to keep yourself and your families healthy. We are just a little short staffed right now and are doing our best to keep the shelves stocked. If there's anything that you need from any specific department please don't hesitate to ask someone from that department to help you or someone up front to get personal from that department to help you and answer any questions or requests that you may have. We are just here to help you and your family and our community.”
“Found out my son had RSV today and he was giving a inhaler for his breathing but our pharmacy didn't have the chamber for his face. I called Walmart and they had it and I kept calling back and fourth between Meijer and Walmart to get it before Walmart closed and they went above and beyond to get it ready for me. I was extremely happy with the customer service and the fact they went the extra measures for me that they didn't need to! 5 star service!”
