After about 40-some years of giving them and their predeceasors my business (Continental Cablevision, Time Warner) I AM SO DELIGHTED THAT TMOBILE NOW SERVES MY AREA. Got T-Mobile and am paying ONE-HALF the price that Spectrum charged me. (Internet only). No issues with TMobile - I recommend all Spectrum customers who are sick of that lousy service and being over-charged - CHECK OUT TMOBILE!

If I could give zero stars, I would. I was treated like absolute trash in this store. I was laughed at because I had a phone malfunction and was told, that's what you get for not buying the insurance. The customer service rep was the most terrible person I have ever encountered. The manager was very defensive And equally as terrible. I called spectrum directly and made a formal complaint against this store for how I was treated. They offered no solution to my problem.And I had to make my own suggestion to get my problem solved. Just make the drive to lima instead.

Slow for no reason other than cheap used car salesman tactics to get people to bundle and upgrade to packages they don't need. It was disgusting to watch and insufferable to wait through. There was a total of 8 people ahead of me and it took almost 2 hours before I was able to do what I needed to.

Worst place I've ever been to in my life customer service was absolutely horrendous. All I wanted to do was drop off my equipment cuz I switched to a new carrier and they literally made me wait 30 minutes I will never return to them again
