I had a boat trailer that needed 4 tires on my way to California.
They handled it with a professional and curtious attitude and the price was exactly what they qouted me.
You're not going to find better price anywhere in the area. I know why its busy on a Saturday afternoon because they're great!

“We had a blowout on the expressway, had no spare, I called Jim's, they sent a service van to us in 20 minutes, took the rim with the blown tire back to the shop, (after calling several stores to find the right size tire) put on a new tire and had me back on the road in about an hour.

“Thank you guys so very much for your help today! Blew an inner dual tire on the rear of our RV! Found ourselves in Springfield Ohio with limited tire shops, and our first stop didn’t work out for our 37’ Holiday Rambler. I called Grismer and he didn’t have the tire we needed in stock and road construction and closures are interfering with his business so he had 2 recommendations and he sounded pretty confident that we were going to have trouble getting a new tire let alone getting anybody to take the bad tire off and get us back on the road today. I called and your front desk employee answered and said he had the right tire and he would let the shop employee know we were on our way! Pulled up to the shop and your front desk employee immediately got the process started to ensure we got back on the road today! Thank you for the new guy in the shop! He drew the short straw and got straight to work! He made it look easy and we wouldn’t have known he was the new guy if he hadn’t mentioned it in conversation, and I must say both of the guys who helped us were very friendly and helpful!
