“I had called after my washer died (not bought there) and Jennifer helped me throughout the day troubleshooting. The codes were not good and she was so apologetic but said it's cheaper to buy new rather than fix. She didn't try to sell me anything. So I asked what they had in stock and 2 days later my new washer and dryer were delivered and set up. The guys were wonderful...polite, professional, and got the job done quickly. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS!!!”

“I came in jus to get an estimate on a couple items for JFS and the guy was super friendly and helped me pick out the best cost/value and gave me exactly what I needed to show for a voucher. Unfortunately I didn't qualify for the voucher but he did not try to haggle me or treat me any differently bc I was not exactly an"paying customer"... ? Thank you.”
