Firestone Complete Auto Care in Steubenville, OH, is a one-stop shop for vehicle needs, from standard maintenance to tires and repairs. The business offers comprehensive solutions for every make and model, including oil changes, brake inspections, and engine repairs. Customer experiences vary. Many report great service, with staff being very helpful and completing work like tire installations quickly. Some appreciate the thorough checks during a simple oil change, where technicians test the battery and measure fluids to recommend manufacturer-suggested maintenance, allowing customers to budget for upcoming expenses. One customer praised the team for fixing a headlight bulb issue free of charge. However, other reviews advise caution. One customer reported a negative experience with a simple flat repair, where a tire declared fixed and later deemed unrepairable led to needing a new tire. Another was unhappy with a service visit, feeling the shop tried to manufacture more unneeded work after a courtesy check, resulting in a high estimate. The business aims to provide reliable and affordable auto care to get customers back on the road.
Friendly staff, efficient work, knowledgeable, communication was top notch, made you feel heard, respected, comforted when you’re worried about your vehicle. I will be doing business with this establishment going forward. Highly recommended!

I purchased aftermarket rims for my Corvette. I'm always leary of people working on my car. Jarret put these on my car like they were his own. He was knowledgeable of all my questions. He is my new go to tire guy. Go see him with all your tire and wheel needs.
