I stopped at AGC and the friendly gentleman took my number,stating that as soon as their system was up he would call. In an hour I received a call that they could replace my window the next day! In about 20 minutes they were done saving me over 160 from safelite! Excellent service”
“I was leaving the Weirton area from out of town with my family, and I got a flat tire. It was a Saturday evening and right before the Auto Center was closing. I was desperate because we had to get back home that evening and no other shops were open.
When I told Matt, the service manager, my story, he said they would change my tire even though it meant they would stay past closing time. I couldn’t have been more impressed. He even chased down my daughter’s balloon when it escaped out of our car right as we were leaving.

“Took my vehicle because my low tire light was on, my husband and couldn't figure out why. I came in without an appointment on Sat 8/22. Ed said he had a full schedule, but if I could leave it he would get in and checked before they closed. They checked all the tires, not just the one we thought was leaking. They could not find any issues with the tires or the valve stems. They aired all the tires to factory specs. He gave me some good suggestions on what the issue could be. I am grateful Ed and his team were able to fit my vehicle in! Customer Service was fantastic!”
