Jared and his staff are kind and knowledgeable! They always do a good job! They are always honest about the work that I will need done and they are extremely honest if they are the ones that can't do the work. They will send me where I need to go. I need to go to my car's dealership for the work that I will need done and they made sure to send me there instead of telling me that they will do it themselves first. Everytime that I visit, I am given honest advice and charged a fair price for services. Service is always in a timely manner, too! I love it there!

Cost 300 to refill my ac and put dye and they SD bring my car back on a hot day so they can see where the leak is. So the leak isn't repaired cause I don't drive the car much. They never specified if I'd have to pay more. But $300 to refill your AC is top dollar they could charge way less.

My son goes to Franciscan in town. The manager there at Firestone told my son’s Firestone tires needed to be replaced. The old Firestone tires only had 25000 out of 70000 mile warranty. I asked Jared the manager if the quoted price was the warranty price. He replied yes. I said yes to replacing the tires. Big mistake. The manager charged me full price instead of the warranty price. I escalated to corporate. I was told the district manager would call. They never called. I do not recommend sending your Franciscan student here to have their car serviced. The manager literally told me the tire warranty is valid everywhere in the US except Steubenville

Took my corolla in because the belt was about to break. They made up some other problem and charged me $500 for it. The belt broke and totaled the car a week later. STAY AWAY

Couldn’t figure out how to put in the new headlight bulb (actually put the bulb in the high beam instead of low beam). They switched these out and put the bulbs in the correct spot free of charge. Great service. Would recommend

I brought my car in for a simple oil change. They tested my battery, measured my fluids and recommended things that the manufacturer suggests at certain milage intervals although I could not do all at that time it lets me know what to schedule for my next visit. It's great to know what needs to be done before there's a problem and allows me too budget for up coming expenses. A++ for service and timing.

Do not take your car here! Took my car there to have a simple flat repair. Tech said he fixed my tire and the repair should last the life of the tire. Tire had less than 5k miles on it. Took it back once I saw that the tire was still leaking. 2nd tech tried to repair again but came back and said tire was un repairable? Nobody can answer the question of what happened to make the tire suddenly unrepairable. Now I have to buy a new tire! Get your tires fixed somewhere else!

I signed up online for an oil change and lifetime alignment only. While I waited the service advisor came out and told me that my battery was needing replaced. I never asked for a courtesy check. Then I got the paperwork for the service I see a list of other things that I don’t need done and the price was $778. They need to quit trying to manufacture more work that’s not needed
