Easily the greatest customer service around. Period. I usually make it 2 feet into the store before someone is looking to help me find something. There's a manager there, and the next time I'm in, I'll get her name, but she is awesome. Every time I need help, she stops what she's doing and helps me. This may be the only store I've been to in my adult life, where I've literally had zero problems!
It took me awhile to get back to the store, but the manager in reference is Brandy. She is absolutely awesome!

Always been a fan of Harbor Freight. I usually am able to find exactly what I need or a substitute item (as I did this time). Staff well put together and helpful and creates a good atmosphere while shopping. Store clean and organized and items well priced. FYI the hand seamer worked perfectly for my project. Thank you!

Great place to get tools of ok quality. You get what you pay for though. You can opt for the extended warranty and if you plan to use the tool often I recommend it.

I love to buy my consumables here. Wire brushes, sand paper, and such. They do have some decent tools too for the homeowner. With replacement guarantee you can't go wrong on some things
