“My experience with Josh at this cricket location was great , I’m giving 5 stars because of him unfortunately tho to the company you guys need to get more help for the store , the store was packed full and the only employee here is Josh the manager I’ve seen him in this store every day for weeks this store is by the gym I go too shout out for Josh for being so great but shame on this company how can you allow someone to work every day with no help !? “Brandy is VERY knowledgeable about her job ! She is super efficient and polite ! She greeted me at walk in but was working with another customer and was the ONLY staff working that day ! She assisted me fully with getting a new phone and was swift in her work ! I feel that she should have coverage to help her in store if needed so customers do not have to wait unassisted - that would be a problem or concern for Management ! She is an outstanding employee !
