“Well, I went to Rural King to pick up a few things before I head out on vacation to take to my friend. You can always find many things at Royal King and there’s a lot of specials going on and they also have a popcorn machine where you can get free popcorn when you enter the door and you more than welcome to bring your animals your dogs with you and take them and they always give you a dog bone for your dog so it’s a good place to go to and you can find many things”

“I visited around 6 am. in the morning. 1/2 of the pumps were being used. My pump was very temperamental in accepting my Speedway discount card and debit card. It took multiple times until accepted as I received a transaction canceled on the screen. There weren't any problems pumping the gas. When I placed the nozzle back and pressed yes for a receipt, a message appeared to go inside for one. I was third in line with one register open. The customer service representative was friendly, and I received the receipt with no issues. The outside of the store was excellent. No lights out, stocked and organized. The inside of the store was very clean, stocked, organized, and smelled great. All breakfast foods were ready.”
“Is this the best Speedway in the nation? That without a doubt is the easiest question to answer once you've been to this modern marvel! IT'S A DEFINITE YES! From top to bottom this Speedway is like a perfectly oiled machine. You could argue that it maybe be run better than other business in America, HELL! IN. THE. WORLD! Management is top teir, a hidden gem in the madness of this world! If the manager ran for president TODAY and she'd definitely win hands down! She'd instantly become the best president in the world! “Nice and clean place, great people, top to bottom best gas station in Tuscarawas County. Would drive miles and miles and miles just to get to this amazing spectical of achievement.Forget Disney or Cedar Point, this Speedway is where it's at!As for Nick.... I'm not saying he is the best manager, however if he would run for presidency right now he would get my vote. Nick for president 2024.”

“Dollar General in Berlin is a great place grab a few quick things you may need. Dollar General has a reputation for having carts in the aisles with unstocked items. You will see this occasionally but I am impressed by the effort I see in the work force there to keep it stocked for us! Keep it up guys!”

“Yesterday, Friday Nov 4, I was in a panic because I lost a bank envelope w my pay in it and was positive I threw it in the outside trash can, JACKIE THE MANAGER, was at the end of her shift and I asked if I it would be ok if I went through the trash and looked for it. She said yes, then offered me a bag, gloves and stopped doing all her end of day tasks and came outside and dug through the trash w me. When we didn't find it she walked me through my day trying to help me see through my panic to where else I could have left it. But it wasn't anywhere. I got back in my car and checked under seats again and in my bag, and in a stack of papers I had moved ... And there it was! I went inside and told Jackie and wanted to buy her a thank gift and she absolutely refused. THIS IS THE EXCELLENT AND TYPE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE WE ARE MISSING EVERYWHERE. I already loved Speedway AND THIS IS ANOTHER EXAMPLE OF WHY. JACKIE WAS A LIFESAVER. She calmed me down and when I got back in my car I looked slowly not panicked... and I found it. ❤️?”

“Friendly staff and a clean restroom!Generally speaking as a father to two little girls, if I use a businesses restroom and I don't feel it's clean enough to take my children to use the toilet, I won't ever go back to that establishment. I would 100% go back to this store. The staff has always been friendly and polite and their restroom was super clean!”
“This is a small gas station, and at times, there is a wait for an available gas pump. The pumps are easy to use compared to other local gas stations in the area. You can receive a discount on gas using your Giant Eagle card. Since this isn't a walk-in station, there are soda cases and other products in the area to purchase, and there is an associate in a building and a window. Also, a free air pump is available on the back side of the building.”

“I was surprised at the clean and well kept restrooms. Had travelled from Charlotte NC and stopped a couple of times. Wish we came across more Sheetz for this reason.
Other places we stopped were disgusting in comparison to Sheetz.”

“The pharmacist who waited on me at this store was extremely helpful. He went out of his way to be see to it that I had the information I needed about taking a new medication. He was extremely efficient and polite as he explained possible side effects of the medication and how to deal with them. The technician who waited on me was respectful as well.”

“Luanda was such a wonderful cashier. She made my shopping experience there the best I ever had. She was very professional and patient, I used a lot of coupons. I also suggest if you don't have the app, get it. It makes everything so much easier. I even printed a picture and she helped me with that also. If I could give her 10 stars I would. Excellent customer service! She's not a manager, but she should be. That is how people want to be treated. Great job!”

“The two ladies working here on 6/18 around 7pm seriously saved us. We lost a significant amount of air in our tire, and to our lovely surprise we had a nice little nail stuck in there, before realizing that I asked the lady up front (I’m so sorry I didn’t catch your names) for 50 cents because I didn’t have any cash or coins on me, for the air to check the pressure because we didn’t know if it was a sensor, and she was so kind and handed it to me🥺 we were pretty far from home and scared and they even told a regular customer what was going on and this gas station had a kit to fix it and he fixed it right away from the kindness of his heart. Amazing people honestly so grateful and they all deserve everything good. Thank you so much.”
