“This USPS stay very busy, the staff turnaround is fast compared to other branches but still makes the place OK. Staff are a hit or miss some are very helpful but others not so much. Oregon could use a bigger USPS since this one stays super busy. there is one person that always went above and beyond and was always very professional DAWN YOU ARE THE BEST!”

I sent an email to USPS she called me the same day,was very polite, knowledgeable and even offered to look into the issue herself.I really appreciate a business that cares about their customers! “My experience here over time has been excellent overall. To start with, the worst I can report having experienced is waiting 10 minutes for service on a few occasions within the last few years. I'm doing a lot more mailing recently and I've hardly ever had to wait more than a minute recently.The staff is VERY knowledgeable and helpful, and quite courteous every time they work with me. They will always help me save costs wand find the best shipping option, which is why I deal with USPS at this location almost exclusively for my shipping needs.I had a passport done at this location once and it was a very quick and easy process. Every service the staff has done here for me is top notch!”

“My mailbox was knocked down and our mail was held at the post office. Went to get everything and they released it all after showing my ID. Very fast. The counterman was a little short with me but they are short staffed and busy.”
“Make sure you're on the St. Clair St. side where the entrance is located. Google maps took me to the back last week! St. Clair is 2-way for several blocks here.”

“Even on busy days the staff have been wonderful. I’ve been going there for years and they are always so helpful so I don’t mind waiting for them to help someone else because I know they always give me the same consideration. I hope I don’t offend anyone but some other locations should follow this location’s fine example.”
