The staff is always friendly, inviting, and helpful with fantastic attitudes. Employees are welcoming and go above and beyond, ready to help you put together the perfect gift or find the perfect scent for you or your home. Their candles are the best, and they have an amazing end of the year sale. While they no longer do even exchanges, visits remain positive. The store is perfect for treating yourself or someone else.
We love those foaming scented soaps! Used the ap for pick up. Wow was it easy. Lovely, kind women pointed me to the pick up area upon my arrival. I didn't realize there was a pick up counter, and it wasn't at the very back of the store. Nice job Bath and Body Works.
