“Thankfully, I have never had to go to Wal-Tec for anything major, but for general vehicle upkeep, they are great! Very reasonable prices for oil changes. They have also patched two tires for me. The mechanic made sure I knew how to reset the tire pressure system, which was very nice of him. The lady at the desk is always nice too!”

“They are a great group of guys over there. I can’t say enough good things about them. I was referred to them by my mechanic. It was a pretty simple fix for the hinges on my trunk and they went above and beyond and did an amazing job. They even touched up a little ding in my side door and fixed a loose panel by the bumper without saying a word about it. I planned on getting it detailed when I got it back but they cleaned it inside and out and polished the wheels.
I went from Parma to Macedonia to find this place and I will not go anywhere else. There are probably 50 shops closer and I will drive past them to go to Highland every time.

“I never do reviews. But I had to do one for this company and owner. I have a 2015 Honda Accord 2 door Coupe . I love my car. It is in excellent condition, but I had some rust start on the front of my hood. I couldn’t stand to see the rust on my car so I went and got a couple other estimates and then went to Pandula’s. The owner was honest and informative. That’s hard to find these days. He gave me two estimates depending on any extra painting they needed to do to match the paint to the side panels and how long they would have my car. The price was really good. They got my car done sooner than I expected and put a brand new factory hood on. It was a beautiful job. I would recommend this place to anyone. You can’t go wrong.”

“When my real estate box truck was damaged from a big tree branch smashing the top corner, it caused a lot of damage. We researched where to take it and found Fleet Fast who specializes in the repair of this type of truck. From the start they were friendly, had good communication and they were timely! “Great guy and nice place, but the door they put on after my accident is obviously not the same quality as what is on the other side. It sounds hollow and tinny when you close it. My guess it this was an insurance paid job and they were able to make a few bucks extra with a knockoff door. It's not a huge deal and I'm confident they would replace it if I wanted, but it's a lease so I'll be turning it in soon so I'd rather not be without my car for a few days again.”
