Literally went in to use the BP rewards I had and the guy said “I don’t know anything about your points or how that works” and then when I said it was just the BP rewards app, he says we don’t do that here, even though the store was literally listed on the website.

Personally, I work.Third shift and I usually go there to try to get a soda and the guy that usually is sitting. There is usually sitting on his phone with the door was locked. I go to go up just to get a drink. And he tells me no, and just goes back to his phone owners may want to have this looked at
