“Very big store so it’s not like you have people standing on top of you. Like you do at Ross or Burlington Coat Factory. Then those people don’t know anything and could really learn a lot from your staff customers to. The closer all right I think they’re made in America. I’m not sure I don’t think the US Navy has anything to do with that.”

“The customer service at this Carter’s store is terrific. They are so very helpful and really just make everything as simple as possible. I recently experienced some issues ordering online and spent HOURS on the phone with customer service and then “managerial support” and they weren’t able to fix my problem. I called the store and they said, “Come in. Bring your phone and we’ll place the order for you.” I was in and out in 5 minutes. My items were ordered before everything sold out! Should’ve gone to them first. Wonderful!”
