“For years I have shopped at Jean + Lou- at this point my friends and family just assume that I’m wearing their pieces when they see me, because it’s such a big part of my wardrobe. I attend most events they have throughout the year- especially their galentines event they hosted this weekend. It’s always such a fun time shopping, and having brunch. More than anything, you see the community Lyndsey and Whitney have created through their shop. Their tribe supports them constantly, which reflects the amazing, kind women that they are. Watching them grow their businesses separately, and now together is so amazing to see. Having this boutique in downtown Cuyahoga falls is amazing! Congratulations on another successful event! “My daughter and I had a little bit of free time between dance rehearsals, so we did some window shopping in downtown Hudson. In some of the other stores we entered, we were ignored or looked down upon, almost as if we were criminals. But in Francesca's, we were immediately greeted warmly by the cutest young employee, who took the time to ask my daughter about dance class. Everything in the store was so pretty and well-organized. We didn't have a lot of time, but ended up buying an adorable romper for a great price! We will be back for sure. The welcoming atmosphere was truly a breath or fresh air.”

“Today was candle day! Arrived early and was greeted by everyone as soon as I walked in the door. She handed me a bag with the candle holders already mounted in there and sent me on my way. The store was stocked with everything and ready! There was plenty of staff in case you had questions, etc...There was 3 registers open so the wait in line was minimal. I was in and out in less than 30 mins and got everything I wanted. Love this location & the staff that runs it. Definitely recommend especially with the convenience of the bags, super easy to get your candles home in one piece!”
“The customer service was top notch. When I walked in, I was immediately greeted by a salesperson who also informed me about the current sale going on in-store. Another worker helped me to exchange a pair of pants I bought from another location, despite me not having a physical copy of my receipt (she found it online for me). They found the alternate size for me, opened a dressing room and allowed me to try on multiple sizes before I exchanged my cargo pants with no hassle. It was quick, easy, and extremely efficient. I would return to this location anytime. Two lovely ladies.”

“The people who helped us were very friendly. The store had some things I was looking for, mostly linen shirts. I didn't see any shoes though. It would have been nice if the 25% off coupon was emailed before the visit. However, 15% off was better than nothing. There are alot of other stores around too. The weather was great and we had fun!”

“Pleasantly surprised to find out that Old Navy carries short length womens jeans! The store was well lit, clean, and well stocked. I was happy to discover that the quality of jeans was much better than I thought it would be. The bathroom and fitting room were both very clean. The woman attending the fitting room was sweet. The cashier was also very friendly. I haven't visited an Old Navy in about a decade, but I was happy with my experience, and I will be back!”
