“My daughter and I had a little bit of free time between dance rehearsals, so we did some window shopping in downtown Hudson. In some of the other stores we entered, we were ignored or looked down upon, almost as if we were criminals. But in Francesca's, we were immediately greeted warmly by the cutest young employee, who took the time to ask my daughter about dance class. Everything in the store was so pretty and well-organized. We didn't have a lot of time, but ended up buying an adorable romper for a great price! We will be back for sure. The welcoming atmosphere was truly a breath or fresh air.”

“The customer service was top notch. When I walked in, I was immediately greeted by a salesperson who also informed me about the current sale going on in-store. Another worker helped me to exchange a pair of pants I bought from another location, despite me not having a physical copy of my receipt (she found it online for me). They found the alternate size for me, opened a dressing room and allowed me to try on multiple sizes before I exchanged my cargo pants with no hassle. It was quick, easy, and extremely efficient. “The people who helped us were very friendly. The store had some things I was looking for, mostly linen shirts. I didn't see any shoes though. It would have been nice if the 25% off coupon was emailed before the visit. However, 15% off was better than nothing. There are alot of other stores around too. The weather was great and we had fun!”

“I stopped by the Calvin Klein store on Saturday night, October 11th, about an hour before closing, and the three girls working were absolutely incredible. I didn’t catch their names, but one was a tall brunette with glasses, one was a shorter African American girl, and the other was a fair skinned blonde. They went above and beyond helping me pick out underwear and made the whole shopping experience so easy and comfortable. It’s rare to find staff that genuine and attentive these days, they really left a great impression.”

“I stopped in needing jeans very last minute. Conveniently, the store was open at 8:00am! They had enough in-store stock for me to try on a variety of sizes and styles. I found 4 pairs in the $44 selections (which look and feel more expensive). The store was very clean and staff was professional and helpful. They saved the day!”
